Derealization in anxiety/depression

Does anyone find themselves question reality, life, death, the meaning of life and everything around them it's really strange and can leave me with a weird feeling and make me feel really scared/sad does anyone else have this? Or know how too stop it

My thoughts can get pretty negative and it takes training to verse this thought patterns, I recite my favourite poem, say affirmation, positive quotes, passages from the bible, sing a song in my head, just to lift my mood.
