The dreaded head rush feeling..

I've been getting the " head rush " feeling a lot lately. I've felt it in the past but this time it's lasted a few days. Trying not to pay attention to it but it's impossible it's so uncomfortable. Trying to straighten out my breathing and drink more water but I don't know what else to do. I haven't been sleeping well so I wonder if it has something to do with it... Ugh help !!

I have had similar symptoms when suffering from anxiety, say in a crowded place. We know that breathing correctly helps. If you are on any new medication or dont take current meds that may not help. Perhaps best to see your GP. Blood pressure, diabetes, ear problems could be the cause.
