Hello

It can become like a cycle or a pattern and these feelings we get at certain times of the day I sometimes believe that they come because subconsciously we are expecting them

Give yourself time , try not to fight this , think of it like any other illness you may have got and how you would have treat yourself if it was anything else other than anxiety which I hope you would give yourself time , do the same with this and if you feel you are really struggling and there is no improvement at all , go back & talk to your Doctor and see if there is anything else they can offer

Take Care x

I was exactly the same - dreading every day but not really knowing why! I lost weight with the dreadful nausea. Doctor has put me on beta blockers which have made a tremendous difference - they stop all the physical symptoms of anxiety so that you can get on with your life. You could see if they would help. Best wishes.
