ESA and volunteering?

I personally cannot see why not ?

I would just inquire at the Job center , you can phone up and even pretend you are inquiring for a friend rather than yourself

Hi I would not do voulentree work, because they say if you can do vol work you should be in full time work, just be careful I'v had trouble with the same thing, good luck

You could have a valid point there , never thought of that

It is wrong really though because with Vol work you can choose when you feel well enough to go & help and there is no chance if you have to have a few weeks or days of because you are feeling ill that they can sack you but with a full time job you are stuck and have to go in no matter what

You would have thought they would have been happy that even though people are sick they are trying to give something back their time for free and at the same time slowly helping them get back into the working environment

Oh well never mind it is what it is I suppose x

Oh yes I couldn't agree with you more it helps everybody vol work the sick person to get there life and conference back again slowly, and the employer I worker they don't have to pay, you think it was a win win stituation !!!! But no not with This government !!!! You have to be careful with the jobcenter that's how they force people back into work,
