So i haven't had anxiety in a while well now im tripping. First my friends says i love u to me then my sister in law then my dad then my mother in law all in just 20 mins and i go outside to smoke and a black cat passes me. So im like hella tripping now thinking im going to die. Im so scared. What the hell why would this happen. Im scared

It is a set back. Your body is misfiring anxiety and the flight or fight response because you are so used to it. It is actually a good sign.

I'm the sme.

It happpened to me recently just like you people telling me they care and love me. Then a saw about 2 dozen crows. Scared me. A teacher once told me that crows in her culture mean death is going to come. So I had a major meltdown.

It's just coincidence like Jasper said.

Our minds will focus on what we subconsciously think and put it out there for us to draw an ill thought.

I have similar thing. My 6 year old started telling me he lived me and would never forget me !!! As far as I know I wasnt going anywhere....... It disturbed me a lot. Things have settled down again now but I saw a fantastic councillor who told me that when our anxiety is playing up ( and some time we may not even be aware that it has kicked off again ) we over analyse everthing and somehow turn positive things into negative xx
