hi cloggs, thank you so much, she had a bad sleep last night , woke up at 3am, lying there made her mind start to over think everything, which spilled into the day, anyway made her have a nice bath with loads of smellies, seems so much happier now. love jasper xx

Oh that's good it's terrible what happened to your wife. My daughter in law had a stroke 2 years ago she had 3 young boys she was in hospital for 6 months. She can't speak or walk it's terrible how people suffer isn't it.

hi hannah, as i said to cloggs, if you dont sleep well on the night , and wake up after a few hours kip, your mind just starts racing, we had a dinner date arranged with our daughter but had to cancel till she feels a bit better, the lovely bath has helped a lot tho, thank you for your post. love jasper xx
