Hi people has anybody else had a episode when your heartbeat goes really fast for about 4 seconds and it makes you cough then goes back.to normal??? Xx

Yes I get that, I tend not to let it worry me.

It's anxiety that does that, just keep that in mind when it happens.

It won't harm you, try some mindfulness to keep things calm. X
