No seriously we are quite but it is a lovely friendly little group even though we are hoping more will find us & know there is support & people that understand the seriousness of anxiety

Well I managed to get through it but now we have a washer problem that is really setting the ocd of !

But keep trying to stay in the day even though it can feel a struggle
