Your best bet is to order online (Amazon etc). I have seen it in health stores, but it'll almost certainly be cheaper online.

Holland and Barratt sell physsilum husk as "colon plus fibre care", and it's with the fibre supplements, not the flours.

Other health food shops may have it as well.

I thought you had found a LCHF recipe that uses psyllium husk powder, and I wanted to know what that recipe is.

Psyllium husk is sold over here in Australia in the cereal Aisle and health food Aisle of most supermarkets and it's quite inexpensive, but if you go into a health food store or pharmacy you can buy it at four times the cost sold under the brand name Metamucil, which I'm pretty sure you can get over there, only difference is Metamucil is orange flavoured. Plain Psyllium you can mix with water and just drink, it fills you up but is also like a big scouring pad for your GIT system. Mix it in anything, smoothies, soups and stews, yoghurt, I put it in almond milk with chia seeds to make chia pudding... It's really versatile and is a bulking agent.

Just a gentle reminder to drink lots of water with every meal you cook with the powder. It can lead to impaction in the bowel if not well hydrated.
