Check out keto adaped website by maria Enmerich. Dont know if i got her last name right. She got tons of lchf books, there is also keto connect. There is Leanne. There is the keto bible by Dr Wilson and another guy. Google and you’d find these. For apps, Lifesum. Keto is one of the custom diet there. There is also cronometer. There is also the keto diet app. But i strongly recommend cronometer or lifesum.

Anything by volek and phinney.

Ignore any book that tells you to cut carbs without adding fat. If you do that, its just low-fat caloric restriction. Dietary fat does not make you fat, at least not in the simplistic sense.

Thanks ordered tom Kerridge book & reading as much as i can with the help of my lchf buddie lol

I am impatient & jump on scales daily. So i read the water fluctuations and cortisol comments. All helpful.

My next task is to not go over 30g carbs daily thanx

I agree with TheAwfulToad. I cut carbs but didn’t replace them with anything. I guarantee that you do NOT lose weight at all.

Know exactly what you mean.....how did you increase your fat?

Veggies can take up a lot of fat, Redspot, so roast them, put butter on them, saute them. Make your own mayonnaise and coleslaw. Avocado, salmon and mackerel, nuts, cheese, cream in your coffee and on berries.

That's a nice simple summary. It's a pity they can't just give that advice to the entire population, instead of confusing everyone with their low-fat low-fat nonsense.

I have an idea of what a portion of fruit and veg is, but not any of the others. Is there a guide anywhere?
