The tide definitely is turning. I can see it elsewhere. Hopefully it'll reach critical mass within the next year or two and there will be a major about-face in public policy. It's got to happen eventually.
I have just started again after weight gain over Christmas and am considering the LCHF and have been reading up on it but not as much as I would like. Meantime I’m cutting down on carbs but what I was wondering about is, in the long term, is eating high fat good for you. I don’t like meat or fish but will eat chicken. Would it still work if I ate lots of veg as it would still be carbs? I obviously don’t know enough about it yet so will continue to read but so many different opinions on it.
