Congrats fellow LCHF peeps. This community is about to reach 1300. I have been watching this community slowly grow over the past year and look forward to significant growth this year. The tide is turning. Keep up the good work. You have figured out what many have not.

Wow that's a lot of people converted to this way of eating!

wow ... who'd have thunk it?

The tide definitely is turning. I can see it elsewhere. Hopefully it'll reach critical mass within the next year or two and there will be a major about-face in public policy. It's got to happen eventually.

I have just started again after weight gain over Christmas and am considering the LCHF and have been reading up on it but not as much as I would like. Meantime I’m cutting down on carbs but what I was wondering about is, in the long term, is eating high fat good for you. I don’t like meat or fish but will eat chicken. Would it still work if I ate lots of veg as it would still be carbs? I obviously don’t know enough about it yet so will continue to read but so many different opinions on it.
