I have gone back to the LCHF lifestyle again at the start of lock-down, I have lost half a stone and "almost" have a flat stomach.
I have not eaten gluten for four years and gave up sugar completely four weeks ago. I started weekly pilates classes at the beginning of the year and since lock down, do two classes per week on Zoom. I have ME and get tired quite quickly so that is my only exercise for the week.
Of course I am desperate for a chocolate bar (not the good 90% stuff) or a bag of crisps or popcorn, but whenever I am weakening I look at my stomach and just have a big glass of water instead!
A couple of years ago I was told that I was pre-diabetic/hypoglycemic - so it will be interesting to get some blood tests later in the year to see if my results will have improved. Again, this is another reason to stick to this eating lifestyle. I have so many other health issues, I can't afford to add diabetes to the list.
Thanks to all of you for your posts, which got me started in the first place and give me the encouragement to carry on.
Stay safe.

Great result! You sound like you're really focused and getting the rewards that go with it.
I didn't find this particularly hard to stick to, but a very early motivator for me was seeing rapid weight loss. I realised it was well worth sticking to the plan.
Conversely ... giving up on calorie-controlled diets (as most people do) is a perfectly rational decision. Because they don't bloody work.
If you're missing chocolate etc., do make sure you're eating enough (and eating enough fat). It's tougher in the UK, where sweets and crisps are everywhere, but making sure you're full can make it a lot easier to resist temptation. It's quite normal to need snacks during the early adaptation period, so make yourself a crustless quiche, or Lytham 's famous scotch eggs, so you have something on hand that you can pick at.
Incidentally ... if you want a bit more motivation: you've probably drastically reduced your risk of COVID-19 complications. Let us know how you get on with your blood tests - we've had several members here who completely reversed their T2 diabetes with LCHF.
