Oh i dont know how to do that. Im sure admin did for me?

Wow thats great loss. I ave started lower walking hour per day & only have 2 meals & eat in the 8 hour window. I thought calories didnt matter with in reason of course. Im trying not make it too hard but weight stayed the same this week .

Calories do matter - low carb controls your hunger so you can reduce calories to a deficit where you’ll lose weight - I’ve been doing around 1350 calories a day and 40-50g carbs - this averages 1.5 lb a week loss but I also excercise everyday

Im starting off & not counting cals yet till i get more into it. I get confused to easy at my hormonal age!!😁

Crikey what you eat if so low cals?

I couldn't excersize that much. Power walking no alcohol enough 😁
