I have made up a large batch and ground it in a food processor. I cook it on the hob as it overflowed in the microwave and I use ⅓milk, ⅓cream and ⅓water. I am sure it wouldn't be v=every one's taste, but I really like it!
Can you have eggs as an ingredient, or not at all?
Chia puddings are quite a useful breakfast - just a couple of tbsp of chia seeds (I bought a kilo from Costco for about £6) in half a cup of almond milk, with whatever flavours you like. It can be left overnight, but isn't that good as a last minute breakfast.
