What results are you getting with crossfit? I know a couple of people who enjoy this, but I think I'd probably injure myself.
Well i feel much better! It can make you feel happier, it can help with weight loss, it is good for your muscles and bones, it can increase your energy level, it can reduce your risk of chronic disease... I think it's enough... So you can start exercising right now... Wish you luck..
Oh, I meant specifically with crossfit. I do a fairly standard workout: 20-25 mins intervals on the treadmill at roughly 10METs, then a weights workout with lots of supersets (no breaks). It's pretty intense. However I get the feeling crossfit is even MORE intense with a lot of dynamic/explosive movements. Do you experience any injuries or abnormal muscle soreness?
