Hi everyone :) I'm new here, and I'm interesting of healthy eating and living. I'm glad that we can talk about healthy habits in life.. I work out (crossfit) 4 days a week... We can discuss also about exercising...

What results are you getting with crossfit? I know a couple of people who enjoy this, but I think I'd probably injure myself.

Well i feel much better! It can make you feel happier, it can help with weight loss, it is good for your muscles and bones, it can increase your energy level, it can reduce your risk of chronic disease... I think it's enough... :) So you can start exercising right now... Wish you luck.. :)

Oh, I meant specifically with crossfit. I do a fairly standard workout: 20-25 mins intervals on the treadmill at roughly 10METs, then a weights workout with lots of supersets (no breaks). It's pretty intense. However I get the feeling crossfit is even MORE intense with a lot of dynamic/explosive movements. Do you experience any injuries or abnormal muscle soreness?

No I don't have any injuries, for now. Everything is going well.. I'm glad that you are doing workout. What do you usually eat?
