Any body Taken Eltrombopag or Rituximab during Pregnancy any stage, please share any experiance. My wife having Plt count 10K 20week pregnancy with chronic ITP. Any side effect to mother or child ????

kyriak51 here: When I was started on rituximab I had failed dexamethason and IVIG and my platelets were 10K, I was in no position to argue with a 50% response rate as 50% is better than nothing. I was told by my colleague infusing that did not see a response until after the third dose hopefully your wife will be in that 50% of patients who had positive results. The next step for me was Romiplostim which has worked well since 2010.
