Santa (with the help of his little elf Eltrombopag 😉)... has gifted me with 147 platelets... the highest I've been all year.

Merry Christmas to everyone here... I hope the festive period brings peace, love and health to everyone here xx

What a nice Christmas gift! How long have you taken Promacta? Sounds like you may be going into remission and would' that be wonderful! Keeping fingers crossed! The platelets should just keep going up now. Great news!!!!

Promacta?... is that another name for Eltrombopag / Revolade?

It would be great to go into remission... and in the new year my drugs will be reduced... so let's wait and see what happens... xx

My first episode of ITP the only symptoms I had were a couple of large bruises and petechiae. Second time around... I had no buising but had a mouth full of blood blisters and blood in my pee.

I don't show signs of ITP until I'm at the stage of having no platelet count at all...

I hope you had a lovely Christmas and wish you good health for 2017 x
