I need help with HRT (premarin and estrogen)

Hi everyone! So I'm new (just joined) and I wanted to see if anyone out there could give some advice. I have a condition, and because of this condition, I am left infertile. Because of this, I have to take Hormone Replacement therapy (HRT). I started this at the age of 16. Since then, I have put on 100 pounds with no lifestyle change (can you talk about depressing) and I'm trying to figure out whats going on. I'm only 20 years old and I hate having the double whammy of gaining weight and finding out i'm infertile. Has anyone taken estradiol or Premarin and have any recommendations?

Nothing of this kind, I'm sorry. I cannot come up with actual advices. I have severe endo and useless eggs. We passed IUI, ICSI, DE IVF cycles to get our boy.
