Pessaries? Heeeeelp!

I'm on utrogestan pessaries 3 times a day and only have enough to last me till 10 April. I test on 6 April. If it's negative they said I need to retest a week later. But I don't have enough pessaries to get me there. I asked hospital what to do. They said if negative stop taking the pessaries and if positive keep taking them for 4 weeks. So what about the week between the restests? Don't I need to keep taking them here just in case 2nd test is positive? And if test on 6 April is positive how can I keep taking them for 4 weeks if I've only a few days supply?! Ahhhhh

I just want to be prepared and it's stressing me out! Xx
