ICUStepsChester started over 4 years ago to support Intensive Care & HDU patients and their families who lived in the Chester and surrounding areas. They are managed by a team of volunteers and provide services which are free of charge. Organisations with a link to Cheshire have financially supported the group.

With the onset of the Covid pandemic they opened up their services via zoom and provide weekly drop-ins, yoga, exercise and relaxation. Additionally they extended their services to include those living outside the Cheshire geographical area. To enable wider funding opportunities the Charity Commission have agreed a name and objectives change.

Critical Care Support Network has updated its website …..

cc-sn.org/

They also have a private Face Book group of the same name.

Nice, well done. I wish you every success. Have never signed in for your zoom classes, but have followed the gentle (sitting) video workouts posted on your site.
