Please think of Hazel today....

She is going for round 2 of rituxan chemo today. Pray she has few side effects and it doesn't take too much out of her, and also that it works the way its suposed to!!

Hazel is an amazing force in the APS world despite the limititations she imposes on people! She has a wonderful heart full of love and caring! I wish I was there to pamper her a little, as she always does so much for others!

Love to you Hazel!

I do hope it goes alright for Hazel. She has done so much for other APS patients over the years that she deserves some looking after herself now. Sending good vibes her way.

Hazel, you hang in there and you will get through this. I will say a prayer for you, thinking of you all the time. You were what brought me to Hughes 5 years ago. I thank you so very much!!!

Have just got home from my own second load of Rituxan - 3rd cycle - and you'll be glad to know that my dr this morning was adament that it causes absolutely no side effects or issues..... As it is Christmas shall keep my thoughts 'clean' but did want to tell him to switch places with me! The good news is for me typically the problems are day 2 and then relatively short lived

BUT the upside of feeling incredibly better and back on feet about 4 to 6 weeks later is worth whatever side effects come. After 2 cycles I went back to work full time in September after 10 years on Incapacity...!

Keep positve Hazel like you always do and hope you get to enjoy Christmas Day with nearest and dearest knowing that the new year could bring some notable improvements.

Lot so love
