If you are taking aspirin will it affect the anticardiolipen blood test? If so how long do you need to avoid aspirin. Designer16

No, aspirin won't affect it.
Aspirin will not affect any of the three blood tests which look for antiphospholipid antibodies: the anticardiolipin, the lupus anticoagulant and the anti-beta2-glycoprotein1.
The only real problem for APS patient is when you need the lupus anticoagulant blood test and you are already taking warfarin.
