Halloween (Just a bit of Fun)

I thought we would just have a bit of fun as it is Halloween we did a Kids party Yesrtday and went trick and treating as well kids looked fab!!! soooo.....

Sadly I have to stay home as i have a dog that goes manic when the fireworks go off! He'd tear the place down if I left him alone. The next weeks going to be interesting!

same here 3 dogs that hate fireworks,

my fella grumpy too he don't like Halloween. Probably cos he has to live with a witch all year round!!!

Scares me probably is films like the exorcist, omen!

Mmmm believe in ghosts, Tutbury castle (Mary queen of Scots) incarcerated their. Definately feels bad.

Love Halloween!!!

Same here Sheena......I've always been called a witch too....cant blame them! thats how I look most of the time....being 'slightly' gothy & all that, plus with my black cat Salem!!

Yep I believe in ghosts ....hard not to when things have happened around us like they have!!!

The only thing that scares me are spiders & that clown from the film 'IT' scares me so bad I get goosebumps & feel physically sick when I see someone dressed up as it!!

There was one at the gig called Glastonbudget I went to earlier this year, apparently I went white!! & went quite sicky for a while after!! also at the party we went to Saturday night at a local pub! I couldn't go to the loo if he was stood in the doorway....I had to wait till he moved!!

I dressed up as...yep....a witch! hubby dressed up as Brandon Lee out of the film 'The Crow', son Brandon dressed in a 'morph suit!!'

We always get sweets for any kids that knock on our door every year, light pumpkins on paths etc.

But we don't do fireworks because of all the pets we have.

My nickname as a landlady was chief witch, or was that #itch? may be again if ever we get in the bloody pub, might have to try a bit of `black magic` to get rid, no not the chocolates Paddy!! Although maybe he could do with some sweetening up!!

Mmmm what was that spell now???? Tongue of newt and eye of bat...........

I acquired a pure black cat on Halloween, rescue with a sob story.

Perhaps she can become my familar and cast a few spells.

A fellow animal rescuer, lovely, 2 of 3 my dogs are rescues. One we nursed back from parvo, one we nursed back from puppy strangles. Third a crazy springer puppy.

Paddy, now we have a coven 3 witches, 2 withches cats, a warlock and a menagerie of rescued animals between us. Suzy runs a small animal rescue, her furry critters are soooo cute. Suzy not know how you do it!!

I'm a little more crazy than usual today, steroids helping the asthma and chest infection, but make me hyper.

Lol...the coven's getting bigger!!!!

Yep love all the pets in my care 4 ferrets, 7 bunnies, 3 guinea pigs, 2 ducks, 12 degus, 1 rat, Salem the cat........oh & at least 4 new arrivals born on Halloween!!!! baby bunnies!!!!! ( I was hoping when the female snook into the boys side they didn't 'interact!' )....but looks like they did!!!!

lol well i think we are going to need an extemnsion for next years party lol so same time next year my fellow holloweeners . I am really glad we can have a bit of fun and nice to see so many people having fun.

can't beat a laugh and fun for lifting spirits. Especially when some days can be pretty dark, filled with appointments and stress, on top of feelin grotty. So posts like yours are a much needed distraction.
