Feeling good, and having regular inspiration

Hello everyone :), Yup I said HELLO everyone :)

I hope you are all feeling well, and if not well then positive, if not, positive, then here is a little saying for you that I would like to share and guide you to a positive way.

Firstly it is Spring :) a great season to raise a smile with the warmth of the new season.

Secondly:

Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets,

so ....... love the people who treat you right,

forget the ones who don't and .....

believe everything happens for a reason.

If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it.

Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it!!!

Smiles to you all, have a good week

:)

Lesley

Hi Lesley

My philosophy, learn from yesterday, plan for tomorrow - but live for today. And yes, that much better when you can do so wit a smile. :-)

I never thought I would still be alive with APS but I find my positive attitude is always in my corner. Better to be positive than not.

To you all, have a great day, night, whatever it is where you are!!!!!

Hi lesley

thankyou for sharing this, a positive attitude definately helps. My nickname when younger, 'smiler' .

Athough life keeps throwing the challenges in my path I've always got up and carried on. Stubborness helps too.

Have a better week.

Take care gentle hugs love Sheena xxxxxx :-) :-) :-)

Thanks Lesley.

As Nelson said...... "Little Victories, Little Victories"

I live for today, am happy, positive and am so glad I got through the dark undiagnosed untreated APS for days & months.

Cheers
