I had just had a set of Rituximab 5 days prior, so my antibodies should have been really knocked down.
My anti cardiolipin was still a bit elevated at 26 I think. ( usually it’s down from 38 to 0. )
I actually don’t know anything about this antibody- I read the SS is Sjögren specific? Is that right? I’ve been on rituximab so long that I’ve not had the antibodies, just the symptoms, and am treating them. ( eye maintenance)
Is this a high count? Does it matter, or is it more just a positive or negative thing? Always thinking of the goal to lower inflammation in the body.

I know nothing about this but I hope you get answers from the group and your doctors. You do not need another worry.
My APS labs remain low after my 5 month low dose Imuran treatment last year. I have not had any vasculitis like symptoms or vasculopathy symptoms in my legs either.
Sjogrens is actually one of those where it’s difficult to get a positive result. Most people are very symptomatic but still don’t get a positive result.
I would say that it means that the disease is reasonably active right now if those results come after your course. How Rituximab targets Sjogrens though I don’t know. Can Rituximab start to lose its affect if you have too many courses?
Maybe, not sure. I do know many ladies in the infusion center have been taking it for a long time for severe RA and it continues to work. I take it more often than they do, though.
I know my rheumatologist told me I may start to develop antibodies against the rituximab.
