Hello, my name is Chris from french part of Canada, please forgive my poor English... I have artificial heart from incident in Afghanistan. I need to take Coumadin/warfarin to keep my blood from becoming ragu...I've recently moved to the Philippines for obvious reasons and I have trouble falling asleep, is there any recommendations? I know I can't take melatonin. Can I take a mild dose of CBD ? I did smoke marijuana back in high school and I'm not dead yet, and yes CBD oil has been approved for use in Philippines, or can anyone Suggest something else? I took valerian back when I lived in noisy downtown Montreal and it didn't do anything... I should add that back when I lived in Quebec I did have a sleep pap

Hello - I’d check with your Doctor first but Magnesium is good for helping sleep. I’d recommend Magnesium Glycinate.

Hi, do you have a diagnosis for Hughes Syndrome/APS? Please get in touch with your consultant who manages this condition to find what you can and can't have. I myself use a Magnesium Sleep Lotion which helps me quite a bit. Your consultant needs to help you with these questions. MaryF
