Could any of you recommend a reliable Company to use for Travel Insurance and pre-existing conditions.

Depends on the "existing" conditions. Like a lot of insurances, they will try to weasel out of claims and I have yet to find one that covers APS. Please read fine print carefully and ring before you purchase a policy to make sure it covers what you need.
