No, I have heard of people using this alternative, but must always be in conjunction with specialist/GP due to our difficulties with this condition and others. MaryF

I take nattokinase and serrapeptase daily. If I don’t take it I notice more inflammation.

Update, i restarted my natto and the pain went away

Just wondering why you stopped it? Were you trying to evaluate whether or not it helped you? I’m glad you have success with it, since I know there’s controversy around it. Glad you’re doing better again!

Yes, exactly. Thank you. I should also say i dont take any aspirin with my enoxaparin as i know others do
