Blood Blisters after Enoxaparin

Hi, today I did my first dose of Enoxaparin/Heparin and within 2 hours I broke out in these Blood blisters that have popped from under the skin, they are really bad all over the leg that I injected in to and are popping up all over my stomach, Any ideas?

Hi as this is a new symptom and you are on new medication please do ring your GP and or specialist and in the meantime, please phone 111 for some advice if this is worsening now, please don't leave this, you need to be checked out. Please get some medical advice. It is good that you have taken photographs. MaryF

I am on warfarin but have been for about 7 years. This last year I have had three red blood blisters pop up on my right leg and have not disappeared, really puzzling me. ...didn't think it could be connect to my blood thinner but will ask my doctor.
