Is anyone using enoxaparin inj. Only for APS?

Dr is willing to put me on enoxaparin every 12 hrsand take me off of warfarin, I will still maintain my low dose aspirin , as well as, plaquinil, any thoughts/concerns I should be aware of? Anything I should avoid while on the enoxaparin?

If anything, it will make life simpler. No INR checks needed. Once you get in the swing of it, it's no big deal! I still developed a DVT after 12 months, so I was changed to Rivaroxaban. It was purely for APS.

I've been on daily Clexane injections for nearly 7 years with no problems, think you will find it better than Warfarin.

Thank you all, he decided not to switch me over as he is worried about other organ function. Can't wait for one of the oral anti coags to be approved for APS/Hughe's... I miss my salads, etc.😕

Wasn't comparing doses, wanted to know of any concerns or issues others have found... Mute point now , Dr worried about organs!
