None, on doctor's instructions, due to many and varied interactions with warfarin. When I do, they are prescribed by doctor.

Any vitamins or supplements should only be taken as per discussion with your APS specialist, as Ray said can interact with warfarin but also too much can also be a problem.

I am Vit D & B12 deficient, which I take prescribed supplements for them.

Until recently also iron deficient, which I tried tablets as well as liquid but now had an infusion, so levels are good now.

HI, I take a lot and have done for years, but I am not on Warfarin, I also have a very very good nutritionist who I can go to if I need something sorted, a lot of supplements may upset your Warfarin, so please do seek medical advice. MaryF

IMHO, Amy, you should not take anything without your doctor's knowledge. In some cases, people can "over dose" on what people consider to be harmless & natural products. With a healthy diet, you should be able to get all the supplements you need. If your blood tests show a problem, discuss this with your doctor. They are expensive to buy and often unnecessary unless you have a medical condition that requires additional medication.

With good wishes,

I take quite a few but took them long before my Aps diagnosis, my doctors are all aware of what I take and why, none have ever raised any objections.
