Not feeling well
Hi, do you have a diagnosis for Hughes Syndrome/APS? This forum is specifically for this autoimmune disease. In any case whether you do or not, your first port of call is you GP or dialling 111 to get some medical advice.

I have had DVT. AND SEPTIS I ALMOST DIED.
In view of your DVT, please get your doctor to test you, especially if others in your family, past or present have any history of autoimmune disease, you can read about the disease on the charity website, and I am putting the link to the blood tests you need here, just in case, to rule it out. ghic.world/hughes-syndrome/...
and lots of great information on here:

Call an ambulance now unless you have already
Whether you have APS or not (this should be tested as Maryf says) these symptoms should be immediately investigated.
Any new or prolonged chest pains patients are always told to call an ambulance. In many cases its not major but prevention and understanding is best.
Hope you feel better soon.
