Crap !! - I use the excuse is data protection; i go into a patients house, ask their name & within a few minutes I can't remember their name!!

It has improved with getting my ferritin & B12 levels up.

If I want to feel good and depressed I just read the results of my neuro psych results. ( I think the U.K. calls the neuro metric tests.) My short term memory- word finding was in the lowest 1%. ( my INR was low on the day I last tested but Geez Louise...)

Pretty ordinary at times!

My son is convinced I’m getting more confused and forgetful. There is no truth in this rumour, just because I got a little lost on the way home, forgot I had some bread in the oven, burnt a saucepan, fed the cats twice, (better than not at all) etc etc. Doesn’t unduly bother me as a lot of the time I forget what it is I’ve forgotten. As I say to him the filing cabinet is full and there’s no room for stuff anymore!!

Mine ebbs and flows, I have recently had very serious migraines for a few weeks plus a period of rotten health, and yes it affects my ability at times to use my memory banks and also to read, however this does normally settle down. I notice my daily exercise does help to a certain extent, but still very annoying. I seem to be improving now though, and it was one of my usual triggers which started it all, other people's viruses and strep infections, my reaction to them, plus hormonal change. MaryF

Depends on the day..! For the most part, terrible!

My memory is affected on a daily basis. Trouble finding words, making dreadful decisions opposite of what I intended to do. Stuttering around when I’m trying to remember common facts. It’s embarrassing and concerns me.

yes i was once sent to a memory specialist and was asked if i had long or short term problems and i answered -depends what i am trying to remember , as it isn't always the same -- -And now at my age it's "AWWW senior moment " this is what i am hearing and being told . I do have quite a few lesions or white gray matter in brain. and at times it can be different than others. I have always believed it had something to do with the APS .
