Yes. I have Hugues Syndrom. I was diagnosed in 2006

Ok, if this is a new pain, you must go straight to your GP and also while investigating the possibility of DVT also enquire about your currently levels of vitamin D, B12, ferritin and folate plus a Thyroid panel, as it is possible to add to the pain of having an autoimmune condition if levels of things are too low. Leg cramps can have many causes. and whether or not you have been diagnosed with APLS is a very telling clue as to cause.

Yes i often have pain in my calves

i have weak and pain spells in calves and behind thigh on left side.they have been clots and what my hemo claims as residual pain from past clotting .
