No Period for over a year?
Hi, it is hard to say what is going on here, however one condition which sometimes gets missed if it is not that severe is PCOS, (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), this can cause weight gain, insulin resistance and a scanty menstrual pattern, my own daughter appears to have this. MaryF
I agree with MaryF. The PCOS May have a distant connection with APS. Dr Charles Glueck in Cincinnati, now retired, who diagnosed me in 1996 also published on PCOS and Legg Perthes avascular necrosis of hip bone in children and other issues. Maybe it’s just that he is an endocrinologist.

Hi hun, may be worth getting your gp check your prolactin levels if your period Has stopped to rule out pituitary problems, I have this aswell as aps and now it's controlled, goodluck x
