For the first time since taking warfarin my I.n.r peaked at 7.1 from the finger and 6.8 venous .

I feel very drained no signs of bleeding just tired headache palpitations thirsty .walking very slowly and feeling very faint .

I've taken time off work because I have no energy and constantly feel tired.

Hi, I see you have just joined, have you a diagnoses of Hughes/APS, if so what is your target INR?

We are not here to give medical advise, just share our experiences and knowledge.

Presume your clinic told you your INR result, did they not advise you further? I think maybe see your warfarin nurse or GP to discuss? If you feel very unwell, with chest pain or breathlessness go to your local A & E to get checked.

Hi Bulldurham62,

You joined our Forum today and now I wonder if you have got diagnosed with Hughes Syndrome/Antiphospholipid syndrome as this Forum is only for people who have this condition. This is not a gereral health site. We have a blood-disorder so if you do not have HS/APS you should not wait but do something about it as soon as possible. Do not go around with it. A very nice picture!

If you have our illness tell us a little more and what INR you have had before and therapeutic INR-level dicided by your Specialist.

Best wishes from Kerstin in Stockholm

. I have stopped posting on forums for the time being because I am not well and so can't always respond. Maybe this man isn't well or realised he has landed in the wrong place????
