Morning lovelies , has anyone ever been told they have borderline b12 deficiency, and what happens ? is it the case you need to wait 6-8 weeks to re-test ? .... x

I am not sure, but I do know that people given B12 injections usually feel a lot better, Hidden may give you more detail on this. For myself I take B12 sublingual drops, however if I were to re test I would have to not take it for around 4 months to get a true result on any testing. MaryF
