Hi there, thanks for checking in with us, sorry to hear your news, that must be a bit worrying for you, do come on here as often as you want to while you are going through treatment. I am pleased Professor Hunt is looking after you. All the best for the next few days and your treatment, which I guess will be sooner rather than later? MaryF

Hi George, my my it's another mad rollercoaster of a ride you're on now and I hope all goes well with the op. I am 8 months clear from Chemo now, would say I most definitely faired lucky with the Op but boy did they smack me about with the Chemo after but all to the good here now.

They put me on Heparin for 6 months as the Chemo regime I had could play havoc with Warfarin and I know it gave a few Docs a start whenever they viewed as apparently they really showed up well on me scans..

I wish you well and can only say hold on tight as The Big C is one mad emotional ride once you are on but when you get off... nothing better
