HI it is quite common with autoimmune disease in general for it to drop, also Iron and Vitamin D, you GP can provide you with B12 injections if you are took low, try that approach first MaryF
Hi. You should be prescribed B12 injections which your gp can do. I have pernicious anemia and had them every three months but I read some research which suggested having the injections every month was beneficial so discuses with my GP and she agreed so now I have it monthly and I have noticed the difference. Speak to your GP or specialist to get the prescription and you should notice the difference within a week hopefully.
