I think you have to explain some things to me: First of all I hope you have an APS-Specialist. I have also read that you have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Sometimes Fibro is not Fibro but has to do with APS or some of the "cousins" (SLR, Sjögrens or even Thyroid)
An INR of 1 or 1,3 is what all persons have when not taking any anticoagulations. Baby-Aspirin is not an anticoagulation drug but an antiplatelet-drug.
I now wonder if you are on Warfarin because you talk of an INR of 2.0 or 3.0. Perhaps you have read what we talk of when on Warfarin.
I hope you will find an Expert who knows what to look for re symptoms and diagnoses. That is important to get the right treatment with can be difficult as so few doctors know APS.
Have you read "Sticky Blood Explained" by Kay Thackray? She has APS and writes about the different symptoms and how it is to live with this illness. It is a very good book but the latest oral drugs are not in it as it is a couple of years since she wrote it. Still we have the same symptoms!
Hi, unless you have had an actual clot, they are likely to monitor you and keep you on Aspirin, but of course you must monitor yourself also, if anything changes do tell them. MaryF
