Hi.

No, Cleaxane and Fragmin work on a different part of the clotting cascade to Warfarin and do not affect INR so no INR test required.

Hello,

I have been on Clexane for a few years and do not need INR testing.

I recently went into the ER for syndrome X problems with my heart,. I told the dr I took Clexane injection inside of the Pradaxa. She told me that was good because they could test my blood for thickness. She said if I took the peasant there was no test. So there must be a new test they can use to test the thickness.
