For those who has been pregnant with treatment, did any of you have a early scan made in 6-7 weeks?

I had one a couple of days ago and we saw a heartbeat but the fetus was very small for this week :( so worried!!

This a stressful time. I had a scan at 7 weeks with my daughter and a heartbeat was seen and the measurement was slightly small (I think a week smaller) but with such early scans they are not always accurate, in my case they scan was a little inaccurate. Unfortunately you will have to wait and see. Will you have another scan soon?

Yes I have another appointment in 12 long days. It was about a week smaller here as well.. you're giving me hope, again :) but still worried though, yes it's a really stressful time!!

You just have to hope for the best. You won't know for certain until that next scan. Sending you lots of positive thoughts x

Keeping my fingers crossed for you. At 7 weeks we were told that there was no baby and to expect another miscarriage. I was devastated. No bleeding started and so they scanned me again at 8 weeks and there was a perfect 8 week fetus who is now my beautiful 9 month old little girl. Very early scans are quite inaccurate especially if you have a retroverted uterus (tiled backwards). Wishing you all the best x

I always wondered, how do you know if you have a retroverted uterus? :) my doctor didn't say anything about it.. Thanks for the positive story!

I'm such a wreck... 11 days left...

Your doctor could tell you if you do, that's how I know about mine. It can make your uterus farther from the wand if you get an abdominal ultrasound, but I think it's not as much an issue with internal ultrasounds because they can aim towards your front or back as needed?

Is there any chance you ovulated after CD 14?

Unfortunately not. If I'm one week less along I would have gotten my bfp 3 dpo, and that's impossible... :(

Sorry for all the stress and uncertainty you're going through. I was told that even if they get an good measurement off an early ultrasound the dating is only accurate +/- about five days. With the first pregnancy I lost I was measuring ahead to the point that they moved my due date, but that was only because it was measuring more than five days ahead. So - if it helps you to think about positive possibilities while waiting - you could consider that the difference between 5 days behind (which wouldn't even move the due date) and 7 days behind is only 2 days. Waiting is so painful, try to take care of yourself.

Thanks so much for your support. I went to the hospital today cause my symptoms are all gone and I've got cramps. Unfortunately it didn't look good so I'm about to miscarriage :( never thought that would happend with the treatment... I'm so sad..

Pektosa, how are you doing?

I had to take cytotec because it was a missed miscarriage... Still bleeding. It sucks :( I was so confident that the treatment would work.

But I have a plan, to add prednisone and intralipids next time. It has to work then.,,

I'm sorry. Waiting for things to finish seems to drag on forever. I'm glad your plan has evolved for next time.

The sonographer told me as she found me difficult to scan but on my first couple of scans in pervious pregnancies I was not told. Maybe you could ask at your next scan. Depending on where the baby implants it can also make it more difficult to scan and at this point a mm can make 3-4 days difference.
