I am on Clexane and wonder when to take, as wasnt told, I take it a night time after Warfarin, but only been told to take if INR drops. Does it make a difference if taken morning,or night?

Shouldnt matter when you do it as long as its roughly the same time every day cos its slow release

Hi,

I take Clexane daily. I find it is better to take it in the morning as it stops me sleeping otherwise.

Hope this helps
