After a failed induction our baby girl was born today by C section weighing 6 lbs 8 oz at 38 weeks. Our miracle after twin slillbirth and 2 miscarriages. Here is a pick. Proof it is possible with good antenatal care and heparin and aspirin!

Congratulations she's beautiful :o). I was told I'd never have children due to poly cystic ovaries and Hughes, but after trying for only two weeks, found out I was pregnant. I had no problems at all conceiving and now my little girl is just about to celebrate her fifth birthday on Tuesday, proof it can be done! All I had to do was adjust my diet! I am so pleased for you, you must be so happy! Love to you all x x x

Congratulations, what a cutie! You must be over the moon, so thrilled for you and your partner. X X

Hi sunshine. I'm glad my story is so positive. It was looking at other success stories on this forum that gave me the strength to keep trying! It sounds great you've made it to 15 weeks. A great sign x

This is positive news, I had six miscarriages and one in the last trimester and is almost thinking of giving up

I will have to use heparin if I decide to try again, is there any side effects to the drug?

my husband is worried.

Congratulations. Beautiful. Was this the first time u had aspirin and heparin?

Hopingforababy profile image
Hopingforababy in reply tohardinse

Yes it was the first time I had the heparin right from conception and aspirin from 4 weeks. Ellie is 9 months old now and doing great. I'm going to go for another one soon. The treatment really works x

Sorry I didn't notice how old your post was. Gives me hope tho. Do u mind me asking what heparin and dose did they prescribe? ? They have told me clexane 40mg daily and aspirin 75mg daily as soon as BFP. We haven't started trying again yet. Had first late miscarriage at 18 weeks in January.

Hopingforababy profile image
Hopingforababy in reply tohardinse

Sorry about your late miscarriage. It's very hard. I was on Fragmin- another low moleculer heparin but the measurement is different. I was on 7500 units daily plus 75mg aspirin. I took the Fragmin while trying to conceive and then the aspirin at bfp. Really wishing you success. Don't give up x
