Decadron as treatment?

I was wondering if anyone had received decadron or any other steroid to aid in relieving a flare up? If so was it IV? How long did it last? Thanks in advance.

I was just wondering because being in the hospital 2x I was given corticosteroids. I felt better but within 2 days...I felt like blah again. The headaches came back like and angry villain along with the chest pains Unfortunately yet and still no one will except my previous dx of APS.
