How often or what blood test are done when you are on clexane injections everyday?

I was wondering what blood test or done & how often they are done. I don't think the clexane is thing my blood enough. My dr. Here in the U.S. has not done any blood test on me in the last 5 months. Designer16

Blood tests are not done when you are on Heparin as it works on a different part of the clotting cascade and does not affect INR. Heparin dose is calculated on body weight.

Hello designer16, I'm on warfarin and my target INR is 3.5 to 4 if it falls below 2.5 I have to have a clexane injection into my stomach which normally brings it up quicker, but it's just the one dose of clexane. If you have not had any blood tests in the past 5mths it's probably wise to ask your Dr to do some.

I have my bloods done very regularly, usually every week or 2 weeks depending on the INR range.
