Many people with autoimmune seems to have this problem, especially with atuoimmune disease, and it is now being more recognized alongside simply a yes or no regarding Coeliac Disease.

Funnily enough when I gave up, I realized that bloating and a slight daily discomfort had gone on for so long I thought it was normal. Also my extreme sneezing allergy which would put me in bed sometimes up to half a week, all but went, as if a layer of strain was taken off my system. I have now been gluten free 13 months and feel I have benefited greatly.
