Appealed against being placed in the ESA Work Related Activity Group and despite having to miss the tribunal I won and have been placed in the support group. It has taken a whole year and two months to get there after my ATOS assessment. I am now 61 and will get my state pension next year so shouldn't have to go through the process again. Whew!

Great news hon, good to hear positive news. Shouldn't have to be so stressful for people who are genuinely ill. Is bad enough being ill without the agro.

Hope you feeling well today.

Take care gentle hugs love Sheena xxxxx :-) :-) :-)
