I have Hughes but I think that my thyroid is not functioning right. I have family history, fatigue, dry skin, weight gain, swollen legs-feet, and I blood pressure that is up & down.

Yes! Presuming you're talking about a normal thyroid function test, I've just had another one and I'm waiting for the result. Everything else you say is 'me too'! If you're interested, I'll let you know my test result. It could be quite useful to compare notes, if that's ok with you?
Best of everything,
John
Hello I do, and I know I load this up quite a bit, but is relevant. I am also using Thyroid UK for best information regarding Thyroid issues: They are particularly good at deciphering results. youtube.com/watch?v=lyc8N_m...
I went to a private nutritionist as I failed the initial NHS tests, like many people. Quite a few of our members are on TUK and vice versa, they also attended our last Patients Day last May.
Also it is well documented that Thyroid and Sjogrens often come along with Hughes Syndrome, and Hypothyrodism can at times creep up on people, it certainly did with myself.
