Am I clear of hiv

So I had unprotected sex with my ex for a while like 4 days and I had paranoia of getting an std I got tested for everything but I got scared of hiv I got tested 3.5 weeks after exposure the hiv test came back negative after that I had no thought of anything until 3 weeks after that I was constipated and I had abdominal pain and headaches for 3 weeks straight I got tested again 2 months after exposure and the results came back negative I still was paranoid and waited another 3 months and I got tested the results it came back negative as well I still have mad anxiety am I safe

Undetectable is in umtransmitable. Is your partner undetectable?

I’m not sure but I took a blood test 4 weeks after exposure came out negative then another one 3 months after exposure came out negative and I took another one 5 months after and came out negative, you think my anxiety is getting to me
